Consigning for Charity

Do you want to support your favorite charity or fundraiser by decluttering? Sorting with Samantha has several charity accounts already set up and can create more as needed!

Appointments are required for dropping off consignment items

  • Each drop-off is limited to 4 medium bags or boxes at a time. They must be easy to carry/move. Reusable shopping bags are preferred.  
  • Make sure the charity/organization name is clearly marked on each bag or box.
  • Sorting with Samantha (SWS) sells across multiple online platforms along with many community connections. We accept most clothing and household goods that will fit within a regular sized storage tote or reusable shopping bag. Larger items will need to be pre-approved before the drop-off appointment.
  • We do not sell infant or childrens clothing up to size 10/12. 
  • We do not sell large furniture or equipment. 
Proceeds of Sale
  • SWS will pay the charity a 40 percent portion of the profits for donated items.
  • Email settlements are sent monthly directly to the charity. The email will hold a secure link to choose the payout method including a printable check or bank transfer.
Item Expiration
  • Items will be added to inventory about 6-8 weeks after drop-off. Items expire 180 days from the time they are added to the SWS inventory.
  • Once expired, items become property of Sorting with Samantha and are donated, liquidated, or auctioned off as seen fit by SWS.

  • This is to designate your drop-off date. You may drop off any time that day from 7am to 7pm.
